One registration fee is required for every abstract submitted. Please make sure that your co-authors register under the proper abstract ID if you are the co-author of multiple submissions. If the abstract ID is not associated with a registration, it will not be scheduled for presentation during the conference.

Please note: If you are registering for another attendee, please make sure to fill in all fields as that person by using their login, password, and email address. This will ensure the attendee receives their registration confirmation and the correct fees are applied.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations are strongly discouraged. If for unavoidable reasons you will be unable to attend after having registered for EMI 2023, you may request a refund by sending an e-mail to [email protected], with a justification statement. This request must be made before May 15, 2023, 5:00 p.m (EDT). There will be a $75 administrative fee applied to all refunds regardless of when the cancellations take place. Refunds will be made by check, and sent within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2023.

Liability Waiver and Release

 

In submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree that I am undertaking to participate in the conference activities as my own voluntary and intentional act. I agree that I alone am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in any conference activity, and I understand that there is risk associated with my participation, which may include without limitation, injury or loss caused by my negligence or the negligence of others. With knowledge and acceptance of the risks involved, I accept full responsibility for my safety and well-being. In consideration of my participation in conference activities, I hereby waive, release, hold harmless, and discharge ASCE and its officers, directors, and employees from all loss or injury that may be suffered by me in connection with Conference activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
